Among other things, Joule is designed to help with financial processes, sourcing and procurement and HR. The news for marketers comes with the CX initiative.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Dig deeper: <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/martech.org\/sap-cx-makes-its-generative-ai-move\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>SAP<\/strong>\u00a0CX makes its generative AI move<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New CX AI capabilities.<\/strong> Among the new capabilities in the cloud-based toolkit are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An AI shopping assistant that will respond to shoppers\u2019 questions and offer personalized recommendations on websites powered by Commerce Cloud.<\/li>\n<li>An AI image creator for Commerce Cloud allows users to develop image-based content within the solution rather than importing images from third-party tools.<\/li>\n<li>A generative AI tool builder that will draw on data from SAP\u2019s Commerce, Sales and Service Clouds to support the creation of personalized content for CX and business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Consumer Insights. <\/strong>SAP also announced the availability of a new consumer Insights solution for consumer products companies. He first wrote about marketing technology as editor of Haymarket\u2019s The Hub, a dedicated marketing tech website, which subsequently became a channel on the established direct marketing brand DMN. Kim joined DMN proper in 2016, as a senior editor, becoming Executive Editor, then Editor-in-Chief a position he held until January 2020. Shortly thereafter he joined Third Door Media as Editorial Director at MarTech.<\/p>\n<p>Kim was Associate Editor at a New York Times hyper-local news site, The Local: East Village, and has previously worked as an editor of an academic publication, and as a music journalist.
