The SEO industry is over 20 years old at this point. And it comes as no surprise that many of us are parents to little kids. I myself am a father of two. <\/p>\n

So we figured it would be cool to create a children\u2019s book that both kids and their SEO parents could enjoy together.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Introducing: \u201cWhite Haired SEO (Super Exciting Odyssey)\u201d<\/h2>\n

This book tells the story of Jessy: a curious little girl, who touched her mother\u2019s computer and got teleported to the magical world of her work. There she took on an exciting adventure\u2014she had to deliver a very important book to the top of Mount Fjooogle\u00a0(\ud83d\ude09).<\/p>\n

Did she succeed? What challenges did she have to overcome? You\u2019ll have to read the book to find\u00a0out!<\/p>\n

This book is not meant to teach your kids SEO. It\u2019s just a typical bedtime story for them. But for us parents, it has a bunch of references and easter eggs from the world of\u00a0SEO.<\/p>\n

The book also gives your children a rough idea of what their mommy or daddy does at work. It\u2019s hard to explain SEO, but taking an important book to the world\u2019s most important library seems like something a 4-year-old can understand.<\/p>\n

We really wanted your kids to love this book, so our illustrator, Alyona Malashenko<\/a>, spent a lot of time filling each page with beautiful illustrations. We didn\u2019t compromise on the print quality either; it\u2019s a hardcover with vibrant, colorful pages.<\/p>\n

I assembled an expert \u201cfocus group\u201d to test this book and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive\u00a0\ud83d\ude42.<\/p>\n

How to get a\u00a0copy<\/h2>\n

We printed 2000 copies and we plan to give them all out for free to our customers and\u00a0fans.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There are three ways you can get a\u00a0copy:<\/p>\n

1. Find the Ahrefs booth at an SEO conference<\/h3>\n

We\u2019ll make sure to take at least a hundred copies with us to the conferences we sponsor and give them out at our\u00a0booth.<\/p>\n

2. Look out for giveaways<\/h3>\n

We already did one giveaway of this book on Twitter<\/a> and LinkedIn<\/a> before Christmas, but we plan to do more. So please follow Ahrefs (as well as myself<\/a>) on socials, so that you don\u2019t miss\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

3. Ask our support team nicely<\/h3>\n

In case you didn\u2019t win in a giveaway and don\u2019t plan to attend any SEO conferences, but you really really want a copy\u2014you can try your luck with our support team.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve been our customer for a couple years and you have kids aged 3-7, there\u2019s a very good chance that we\u2019ll send you a copy. But that would be subject to availability. If too many people ask for it, we\u2019ll unfortunately need to say no to some of\u00a0them.<\/p>\n
