Automatic budget and spend data sync between Ad Campaigns and Campaigns
What’s new: The Campaigns “budget” tab now automatically syncs budget and spend data from associated Ad campaigns.

What’s new: HubSpot introduces new workflow actions for automating association labels, enhancing the efficiency of managing associations between records.
How it helps you
This major update allows HubSpot administrators to streamline processes by automating record association and the application, updating and removal of association labels. Tasks that were previously manual, like labeling buying roles for contacts associated to deals or using associations to track referrals, can now be handled automatically to reduce workload and improve data consistency.
This new capability also eliminates the need for third-party tools or custom-coded solutions many HubSpot customers currently rely on for these tasks, simplifying maintenance and lowering costs.

What’s new: A heavily revamped and simplified Lead Scoring system, which provides flexible score building based on contact behavior, campaign interactions and demographic data.

With separate tools for engagement and fit scoring, built-in time decay and default score maximums, administrators can now set up lead scoring with best practices and without complicated criteria workarounds. Expanded workflow triggers with new date options
What’s new: Calendar date and date property trigger options for workflows, available to all workflow customers.
How it helps you
HubSpot has overhauled its options for triggering workflow automations based on dates. You can now start workflows based on date properties in associated records and trigger them a specified number of days before or after a date property. The update also expands annually recurring workflow capabilities to users that don’t have Operations Hub.
Leverage these new workflows to:
- Check in with a customer exactly three months after their purchase.
- Send recurring email reminders every few days promoting an upcoming event to build excitement and drive attendance.
- Send annual birthday or anniversary emails.
- Create new deals in the months leading up to an anticipated contract renewal.

Advanced ticket management with Ticket Lists
What’s new: Users now have the ability to create and manage ticket lists, improving ticket organization and utilization.

This allows for more precise management and automation of support tickets, improving overall efficiency and data visibility.
